Our items are shipped via USPS.

At checkout you can choose from the following options within the US:

USPS First Class $6 (NOT insured, Saffron Creations is not responsible for missing/damaged packages -or- USPS Priority, Insured $10 (includes protection from

missing/damaged packages).

International shipping costs a flat rate of $16 and does not include insurance. Saffron Creations is not responsible for missing/damaged international packages. If you’d like to purchase insurance for your international package please email us at devin@saffron-creations.com

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The returned item may be exchanged for a full refund (minus shipping) or exchanged for another item. No returns are accepted on custom orders.

Saffron Creations does not charge sales tax on orders placed outside the state of Pennsylvania. Orders placed within the state of
Pennsylvania will be charged 8% sales tax (6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 2% Philadelphia sales tax). Based on the state of Pennsylvania's
origin-based tax laws, Saffron Creations is required to charge
Philadelphia's tax rate because we are based in Philadelphia.

All earrings are made with either sterling silver or 14k gold filled
hooks. Necklace chains are nickel free brass or nickel free plated
brass.
