If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The returned item may be exchanged for a full refund (minus shipping) or exchanged for another item. No returns are accepted on custom orders.
Saffron Creations does not charge sales tax on orders placed outside the state of Pennsylvania. Orders placed within the state of Pennsylvania will be charged 8% sales tax (6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 2% Philadelphia sales tax). Based on the state of Pennsylvania's origin-based tax laws, Saffron Creations is required to charge Philadelphia's tax rate because we are based in Philadelphia.
All earrings are made with either sterling silver or 14k goldfilled hooks. Necklace chains are nickel free brass or nickel free plated brass.
Saffron Creations' jewelry is made from actual vintage tins, trays and canisters that were once used as everyday household items. You may find variances in the artwork such as tiny scratches and dings.
